Phil Crossland - Managing Director

PCD’s founder enjoys technology, the company of people who aren’t afraid to be different and eating things he’s never tried before.

In more than 20 years in the business Phil’s silliest ever job was “selling Spam to the French as a gourmet food”. He once had lunch with the late Jeremy Beadle, but the two statements are not thought to be connected.

He’s married with three children and lives about 50 paces from the PCDFinancial offices in Guiseley.

Tim Barber - Client Services Director

	Tim enjoys making things happen! His first radio show Banter is now entering its 3rd series on R4. He watches rugby & football, live music (Glast veteran) and palaentology. He is married with 2 children, Joe & Holly.

Brian Fox - Creative Director

	Brought up and still resident in the heart of Bronte country, Brian has two children and a chinchilla. His hobbies include reading and eating anything except the chinchilla (yet). He is plagued by an enduring passion for travel and a lifelong sympathy for Bradford City.

Steve Moncrieff - Planning Director

	Steve loves getting into the heads of others, the internet, walking his dog and Yorkshire. He watches any sport, has an enforced passion of anything equestrian, an eclectic taste in music and is married with a daughter, Milly.

Adam Bailey-Cooke - Head of Creative

	Passionate creative Adam has a deep love of all forms of self-expression including art, photography and drawing on the rubber sole of his slippers with a biro. Adam set up his own new media agency in 2000 before merging with PCD in 2005. He says the best thing about working here is ‘the free ice’..
